It's almost VBS time!

This year's Vacation Bible School will take place June 17th - 21st, from 9:00 am to 12:00 Noon each day, for kids completing Pre-K4 through 5th grades (entering Kindergarten through 6th grade for the 2019-2020 school year).

Before care (starting at 7:00 am) and after care (until 6:00 pm) are available for $80 for the week.

Prek-3rd grade become Safari Crew Members, experiencing a week long journey of WILD Bible adventures, Imagination Stations, Stampede Sports & Outdoors, & find their Roar through Sing & Play.

4th & 5th grade participants have developed a Special Missions Crew doing Lion-Sized Service Projects and Missions Outings in the Destrehan community.

All Crews start together in Safari Worship Celebrations featuring Kid-Vid Cinema, virtually transporting our local crew members to Kenya where they will learn what real life is like for kids on the other side of the globe.

Girls and Boys compete all week long to bring in "Spare Change to Make a Change." All donations will benefit Daraja Children's Choir, African & Haitian Children who travel the United States throughout the year, sharing their faith and stories with the American church.

Included in the ROAR VBS experience is a souviner T-shirt that crew members are invited to wear on SUNDAY, JUNE 23RD for our VBS Worship Showcase.  During 8:30am or 11am worship services, Crew members bring their families to experience some of their favorite parts of VBS.
